How I can install services rev 13 in my wii?

I downloaded the file "cIOS38_rev13b-installer.dol" to my computer where do I set SD card in order to be recognized by my homebrew Channel?

Put it in the "apps" folder on the SD card and rename it boot.dol, then you should be able to launch through the homebrew channel.
